Complex Real Estate & Infra
I have a weak spot for complex real estate.
The more moving parts, the more interesting it becomes. I am not particularly interested in real estate simply because it is real estate. What interests me are complex assets, difficult locations and unusual situations where investment, multi-user experiences, urban development and changing needs need to be brought together.
Over the years, I have worked across:
- Real estate investment
- Infrastructure
- Brownfield redevelopment
- Public-private partnerships
- Government real estate
- Corporate real estate
- Mixed-use development
- Heritage
- Care real estate
- Industrial sites
