As Active Chair, contributed to the strategic development of VEB as it grew from approximately €50 million to more than €950 million in annual revenue while rebuilding the management team.
Flemish Government
As Deputy Chief of Cabinet, responsibility for shared and back-office functions including real estate, HR, ICT and regulation, involving six agencies and approximately 1,300 civil servants, all restructured lightly or heavily for more efficient services.
